Mostly classical music things. Uploads on Monday and Friday.
Dark Circus (for Orchestra)
This piece is inspired by the playful chromaticism of circus music, as well as the storytelling nature of Shostakovich's Op. 8 and Op. 67 piano trios.

Piccolo section: why are we even here? 🎻🤎
Similar to how Picasso painted beautiful realistic works before he created his most iconic pieces in the Cubist style. He once said "It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child". Gotta learn the rules before you can break them!
I love that passage with the oboes in minor seconds, Got to play this a long time ago with an amazing violinist. No one likes it because it sounds like psycho, but it's so great.
Horowitz for me! No theatrics, just beautiful sound !
Different eras that can hardly be compared. Moreover, today's audiences are much more complex than the old ones and social networks play a controversial role in 'selling' artists and playing with their image and talent in front of the public. A truly subjective judgment.
How is it even possible? Yah I know practice practice pratice… but that still wouldn’t work for me. Or for most people.
Those are the clearest harmonics I’ve ever heard!!
Guckt euch bitte einmal La Campanella von Evgeny Kissin an. Dann kann man das hier von Lang Lang wirklich nicht mehr gut finden 😅
ㅠㅠ 귀여운 꼬마가 이렇게나 컸구나
then i would only listen to him playing on the radio
Григ, Рубинштейн, Преви'н и Лондонский Симфонический ; лучшей компании трудно себе представить.
That high note 🥹❤️ so beautiful!!
honestly, as much as a version without the background noise would be nice, it still has it’s own charm to it. i sort of like it but either way it doesn’t distract me from the beautiful playing
On the "Retenez", he chose to speed up.
❤ m a r a v i ĺ h a 😮
Excepcional
Ohhh please, any pianist can, and do play this. Stop it!!!
he just doesnt care, lang lang is stupid
Let’s hear the entire sonata. And all the others. 1-32.😊
She should record all 32.
Too fast
seriously what's up with Lang's dynamics? there's no way EVERY work he plays says "ppp" to "FFF: with a sledgehammer", okey? He sucks. His renditions arent enjoyable. Technical god: mbe- but it's not nice to listen to
I agree 100% with you bro, btw, lang lang fans are some of the most annoying people in the internet
Почему при исполнении этой музыки я начинаю рыдать?
bravo
Wish Horowitz could see these young people play.
Красота
Pretty impressive recovery though, most people would have absolutely fallen apart on stage from this. I think Marc gets a pass on this one.
He just improvised lol.
Sadly, those were the best bars of the score.
It’s insane to me how at the finale she’s doing those 4 string up bow chords (B major chord) with just half the bow from the middle to the frog, with that much power!
Goth lovers take a pick: ♤Woman in Black ♡Morticia Addams ◇Elvira ♧Vampira Vampirella ♤Wednesday Addams ♡Nancy Downs ◇Lydia Deetz ♧Marceline ♤Andrea from Daria ......
Mendelssohn's violin concerto!
I would rather he take it slow.
Waaoo❤❤
I can’t watch Lang Lang, consequently I don’t listen to him. Not that he cares.
Lang Lang watched too much Tom and Jerry
Ironically his favourite cartoon of all time is Tom and Jerry😂
And no silly dramatic sways and bouncing around with silly faces!👏🏼👌🏼
Both are on another level fr
But what about the Canadian ones?…😅
As the beginning started I just thought “he’s going to fast, I can’t play the next passage at that speed, shit I hope I can, he’s gunna crash out”
Depending on how you define “introduction” I’d say there are several more iconic than this
Absolutely true! totally unnecessary to make all them face expressions and body movements. Even if your in the moment or feeling the piece your playing!smh😂
It might be unnecessary for u but necessary for him. Lang literally wrote in his autobiography that he learnt this from another young man during competition, and found that it actually helped him played better although increased wrong notes.
😮
This is great horror movie music score material, otherwise I dont think my fellow okies would turn out to hear it
Lang Lang is literally Ling Ling
Steady, but quite slow, no?
Answer: yes
El gran y eterno Arthur Rubinstein. ❤
Maravillosa interpretación ❤❤❤
